At Cracked Controllers, we stand behind the quality of every build. Your controller includes a 90-day standard warranty from the date it is delivered.

What’s Covered

Our 90-day warranty covers functional issues that prevent your controller from working as intended.

  • Back buttons that stop functioning
  • Triggers or bumpers that stop responding
  • Face buttons or D-pad inputs that fail to register
  • Internal defects in wiring, assembly, or components

If a covered issue occurs within 90 days, we’ll repair or replace your controller at no cost. Return shipping to us is not included.

PLEASE NOTE

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused after delivery.

  • Normal wear and tear, including thumbstick wear, fading, scratches, and scuffs
  • Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or improper handling
  • Modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized third party
