Warranty Policy –

At Cracked Controllers, we stand behind the quality of our builds. Every controller comes with a 30-day standard warranty from the date you receive it. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

What’s Covered

Our 30-day warranty covers any functional issues that prevent your controller from working as intended. This includes:

  • - Back buttons that stop functioning
    - Triggers or bumpers that stop responding
    - Face buttons or D-pad that fail to register
    - Internal defects in wiring, assembly, or other components

If a covered issue occurs within 30 days, we will repair or replace your controller at no cost (excluding shipping).

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues caused by normal use or outside damage. Examples include:

  • - Normal wear and tear (e.g., thumbstick wear, cosmetic scratches, fading, scuffs)
    - Accidental damage (drops, spills, or improper handling)
    - Modifications or unauthorized repairs


How It Works

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty:

  • Contact our support team at support@crackedcontroller.com with the warranty & repair form down below.
  1. If approved, you’ll be instructed on how to return your controller for inspection.
  2. Once received, we’ll repair or replace your controller and ship it back to you.
