At Cracked Controllers, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. Each controller is built and tested before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. Please review our policy below before requesting a return.
MARIUS BOARDS

Any controller with a Marius board is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as Marius boards are custom parts. However, your controller is still covered under our warranty policy, and we will gladly assist with any warranty-related issues. The final sale policy only applies to returns and refunds, not warranty support.
Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your controller.

To be eligible for a return, your controller must be in unused condition, free from damage, and returned in its original packaging.

Any controller showing signs of damage, wear, or tampering will not be accepted.
Refunds

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned controller has been inspected and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items

Controllers that have been customized, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.

Any requests made after the 3-day return window will not be accepted.
