Processing & Build Times

• Standard Controller Builds: Please note that our Standard builds are made-to-order and can take up to 4-8 weeks before shipping.

• Other Orders: All other items are typically processed within 1–2 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing/build time):

• Canada: 3–10 business days

• USA: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (availability varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using Canada Post, UPS, and DHL (depending on destination and order size).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
